The supply chain changes daily. We made every effort to choose styles and colours with deep inventories across many suppliers. If a size or colour becomes unavailable during the sale, Shannon will reach out to you individually with updates and options.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and E-transfers. If you require special payment arrangements please reach out to info@level1customgear.ca to coordinate.

All sales are final so please reach out to sales@level1customgear.ca if you need help with sizing or have any questions.

Delivery is available at checkout. Please note if you pay for EXPEDITED 3-5 days, for example, your item will get to you 3-5 days after we ship it. NOT 3-5 days from the day you order. All our items are made to order and most are personalized. Thank you for understanding. You can also pick up in CARLETON PLACE (instructions will be sent in email). Another option is distribution at work.
